SUMMARY:
This position will oversee the growth & business development of a Shoot 360 facility. The goal of this position is to have an overall accountability & ownership-attitude of a facility. The manager is keenly aware of the activities taking place within the facility. They must also pay close attention to the health of the facility in terms of health, staff, & customer service. They live out the Shoot 360 core values & those values are evident to all visitors who come through the facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES other duties as assigned
· Oversees the growth & business development of the facility.
· Plan, organize, and coordinate the execution of daily/weekly/monthly facility functions to maximize facility profit and loss goals with a member-centric focus.
· Model the behaviors that will motivate and train your team to provide an exceptional membership experience.
· Create an inclusive culture that reflects the company brand, values, and strategy.
· Engage and inspire a team to achieve revenue targets for membership, training, additional programs & labor.
· Inspire and lead teams to implement and deliver on member and team member initiatives through a strong member experience focus.
· Responsible for driving the importance of training, developing, and mentoring facility staff.
· Develop the business actively by building strong relationships with members, staff and grassroots community in order to build new lead generation
· Manages and is responsible for Customer Relations Management.
· Organize and plan all marketing initiatives for the facility (any promotions, member appreciations, events, etc.)
· Responsible for facility customer service. This includes but is not limited to: billing, phone calls, providing goodwill relationships with customers, staff, and coaches.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree- preferred
· 2-4 years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10 employees in a team environment - preferred
· Experience in Microsoft Office.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
· Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
